The original Lawsuit related to the spinoff shares from Edison Brothers. For those receiving spinoff shares there was a dispute because Edison Brothers had filed chapter 11 . To my knowledge the proposed resolution of the lawsuit consisted of holders of the spinoff shares having the option to pay an amount Aprox $4.50 for each share received. This would allow them to keep the shares uncontested. The litigation is still pending. This is old news.
