Dick, glad you asked. Since the audit was done before March 1, according to Ira, then long-term shareholders can look at it. I mentioned this a while back -- that according to Texas law, those who have held the shares of a public company for six months are allowed to look at the books. FAMH is incorporated in Texas.

I think that having a shareholder look at the books will be of much more use to you than sending off faxes and e-mails to Ira and Arif. More unbiased, as well. JMHO.

The ever-changing story changes again. The audit is finished one day, then... "still being worked on" weeks later. It takes two months (since March 1, the original "audit release date")to get these confirmations? After two months, Ira was unwilling to light a fire under people to get the confirmations back and the financials filed?

When did Ira become so meek?
