New Claymore Resources Ltd NCS Shares issued 4,015,775 May 21 close $1.70 Fri 22 May 98 Property Agreement See Everest Mines and Minerals Ltd (EVR) Acquisition The VSE has accepted for filing an option agreement between New Claymore Resources and Everest Mines and Minerals whereby Everest can acquire 25 per cent interest in the property known as the Lubicon East/Senta prospect. To exercise the option, Everest has agreed to pay $87,500 and issue 25,000 shares upon regulatory acceptance and issue a further 75,000 shares no later than June 5, 1998 provided that an acceptable geological report is filed with the exchange.

Elektra survey completed New Claymore Resources Ltd NCS Shares issued 4,015,775 May 25 close $1.75 Tue 26 May 98 News Release See Primero Industries Ltd (PMI) News Release Mr. Jonathan George reports An airborne magnetic and EM survey has been completed on the 230,000 acre Elektra prospect, approximately 45km north of the Ashton/Alberta Energy/Pure Gold discovery block within the Buffalo Head Hills, Alberta. The survey was conducted by Geoterrex-Dighem, using the Geotem deep penetrating system, and covered approximately 30 per cent of the property. Based on the geophysical signatures of known kimberlite pipes in the region, 10 targets have been selected for drill testing. Primero anticipates that drilling will commence in mid-July. Primero has an option to earn a 50 per cent interest in the Elektra prospect from New Claymore Resources
