I don't think it is just Indonesia which i am darn sure has contributed to other stocks turmoil.
I spent a bit of time on the stock and i felt it had potential. One of my friends informed me i had a big problem at present it was the VSE. I was told that the Vse was played by Asians. Since Asia has had so many problems Vancouver property and and exchange both have suffered as many Asians have taken out funds because of the situation in their home land.

True or not it made me think.

Most of our current business is North and South American related, Stuart. Our order backlog is greater than our last two years business. I hope our shareholders understand that we are diversified geographically as well as by market sector and the problems in SE Asia will have little impact on our business.

As you will recall from the previous news releases, we have secured financing for the current work in process. I am negotiating lower cost financing in the low seven figures with a related party, which if successful will reduce the financing costs and provide greater resources. In the meantime, work is proceeding on all projects. EMEC personnel arrived this week to begin factory training and acceptance of the first phase of their project ($4M).

I expect revenues to continue at the same pace for the 2nd quarter.

Regards,

John
