Jay, I agree. I think that first share buy back/return is going to be the hinge point of the deal as long as the company retires the shares which for the record, I believe they will. These should continue to be interesting times on this thread until this happens. So, hold on to your hat and prepare for the roller coaster of emotions. Even in the best of times, when shareholders are squeamish, they panic and attack at every junction. This should also eventually dissolve as investor confidence is reestablished. Holding long as usual. John
