craig, it's odd. Dell is the nation's #1 internet retailer, with no one so called internet company doing even 1/2 as good, yet here we have these negative comments. I read two days ago in the WSJ that internet sales could top $300 billion over the next two years. With Dell expanding sales to software and components over the net, you'd think there would be more positive talk about this.
