I saw another curious post over there. Isn't this the same Co. that ducked out of the million shares just before the halt?

I emailed Jean Michel Humeau a couple of months ago - he never responded so it's hard to say what that was all about. At the very least, as you point out, it's of interest. BTW, whatever happened to Richard Lam - the biggest YBM Magnex booster on Silicon Investor? I see he's on the ATI Technologies thread, (and a few others), but he's gone silent on this deal. His perspective should be unique.

For that matter, what happened to Jacob Bogatin? YBM Magnex issued a press release today that wasn't responsive to the serious questions raised about the company - and he has yet to return to SI to explain directly himself. Any bets on when that'll happen?

In any event, I've got to take a few days now to wrap up my series on "Securities industry due diligence in a post-Bre--X market..."

See ya'll soon.
