CM the german gov i think has divested itself of DT.The subsidies that kept it up and running are now being pulled out.One reason DT has to get into the act of making real money.VOIP and the isp services it plans on using is expected to bring about a cost savings to dt that will help to bring it more profitability.Its just that dt is so slow in bring things to the table that it seems like a long far off picture.I expect that in 2 months or so they wil have inked several deals concerning seek and till then we will be in the dark.Good Luck
