One "usual suspect" for selling are our old friends that cashed in the Series A Convertible. They got a ton of warrants that they held when they sold the shares from the pfd. conversion. I noted that in Jan.'98, they converted their warrants to over 1 mil. shares. I never heard more of them. Another thought is that Ren Cap could be taking profits in front of their big show and tell session next week. They have to highlight their successes because they always have failures in their portfolios (Ren Cap truly takes a lot of risk). So they could be dressing up their stats. I mention these two to show that the selling could have little to do with Tava, and a lot to do with things related solely to demands on or the situation of the seller.
