Government regulation reducing the economic advantage of voice over IP to nil, makes for an attractive entry point? Major companies like cisco developing their own VOIP solutions? Inconsistent business execution and weak business fundamentals from key partners? Buying now only provides the cushion for institutional investors as they continue bailing out.

I have no position either way on NMSS.

Looks to me NMSS is trying to spurt to the upside. I feel as though we've seen the bottom. It's been up the last two days which is very encouraging. NMSS looks to be up again today on another down day. If anything the market could really hold it back and the volume is too small to make a big diff for now but I do see it wanting to go back up and that eases my mind quite a bit as far as the short to mid term. Anxiously awaiting Dave's report. Calvin
