I am not sure what you are talking about. Furthermore, although I do admire anyone who sees into the future thirty years in advance, I don't expect to be here at that time and therefore am not much interested in this kind of speculation. I think most people who know anything about world politics realize that China is a major power. At the present time, the tension is between India and Pakistan over the nuclear testing, and I am not sure why Time magazine has invited us to take sides between India and China.
