Goepel McDermid Inc. acted as agent for the offering. Drilcorp Slimhole Technologies Ltd. is a junior capital pool corporation and will use the proceeds of this offering to provide the Corporation with a minimum of funds with which to identify and evaluate businesses or assets for acquisition. Drilcorp Slimhole Technologies Ltd. has received conditional approval for the listing of its common shares on The Alberta Stock Exchange and expects that trading will commence within two weeks.
