Futures have recovered on CBOE and seems like the Asian market may turn in a good performance. I think DELL should take a breather here
and may head lower tomorrow is that bad? I really don't think so
the stock needs some basing before it will make its next move.
I personally think the stock will trade in the range of $88 - $96.
The option premiums are so out of whack that if you buy out of the money puts or even in the money puts you will be making maybe 30 cents
to a dollar move in the stock
So DELL 90 put for June is trading 4 5/8 - 5 and the June 95 put is trading 6 3/4 - 7 1/4 so to make $2 Dell has to drop more than $5. This also include earnings premium which is built into the option which will be evaporating tomorrow. So buying either DELL call or put
would not be the right thing to do.
So all the people screaming that the stock will make them big bucks
tomorrow in options will be severely disappointed.
Just my two cents
