BORL has a long way downwards still to go. I'll be back in at $5 for another ride upwards. The name thing was one of the stupidest things that I have seen in while. When will people learn?

This to me was a clear sell by an institution
If institutions are selling their Borland stock at prices as low as sub 8, isn't this a real bad sign that they have no confidence in the company? I suspect that most institutions had bought in at prices somewhat higher than that.
