Rand, here's my theory: He flips a coin, this issue its Naxos, next it may be IPM. I've given up trying to figure out Taylors' reasoning.
Perhaps there is some financial rewards involved? I dunno.

Rand,

I was told the following reasons for Jay's conversion.(by one of his subscribrs)

1. Solid believable numbers
2. conventional aspect of the project
3. new management

Remember, I heard this second hand, and my list is not in any particular order. If someone could confirm or deny this, I would be appreciative.
