The market has not responded well to this NET+ARM spin-off.
It might be like the satellite Galaxy 4 which is currently is spinning out of control and has been since 6pm last evening. The outage has caused pagers, NBC, ABC and other data vendors to lose contact with their data sources. Of course they might be able to gain control before any permanent damage is done.
FIBR is currently trading at 3 21/32 down 4.88%
I think the uncertainty of what the deal is all about is hurting the price. The market hates uncertainty, what we want to hear of is sales and profit. This deal might lead to both of those in time, for both companies.
