The BJP with it's roots and leanings in the European fascist parties of the 1930's, like all other "religious states" founded in the 20th century, must erect the image of "the outside enemy" amongst it's population in order to survive. These states Israel, Iran, Pakistan to name a few thrive and survive in a world of constant threat.

The bomb is the BJP's wake up call.

You must also see how the bomb fits perfectly into the BJP agenda. They get world wide respect(the new idea of "the man in the street"): they get instant credibility in the halls of the Western powers: they serve notice that politically in India they are a party to be reckoned with.

Believe me this is simply the first salvo in an agenda that we will be hearing more about. This is not an isolated event.
