<<so what are your speculations on the rest of the plan? :)>> From where I sit it seems pretty simple. They have some good investment bankers and M&A folks watching their backs. I believe that they are going to use the monies from the Additional 3MM shares to gear up for future deployments and then -- my guess is that we see an M or A by late summer. I also believe the price before the announcement will be in the upper 20's low 30's. Of course, this is only idle speculation on my part :)) Cheers, Tom
