Henry, thanks for pointing it out to me. My only regret, is that they didn't publish one of my jokes, instead. Oh well.......

From the SI Biotech review:

<< "The critical question for all the biotechs remains. If one company comes up with a truly effective cure for most cancers, what are all those other outfits, whose only purpose is developing cancer cures, going to do? >>

Interesting comment, seeing that there are about 360 cancer fighting drugs in development.

What do you think are the chances for "one" biotech company to come out with a cure for most cancers? Most new drugs are usually considered very effective, if they have a 30% partial success rate, on only one type of cancer.

I'm holding a stock, CEGE "Cell Genesys", who takes a sample of a person's T-Cells, modifies them to attack Cancer and AIDS, grows them into the many millions, and then puts them back into the patients body. "If" this stuff works, it would seem to have the possibilities of being a cure-all, since it is based on the very uniqueness of an individual's DNA.

Thanks, Bob
