By the time your certs arrive, it will probably be end June anyway.

It will cost you money and hinder selling promptly (if/when you care too).

Most brokers require penny stock certs in their possesion before they will sell.

Since getting your certs takes several weeks anyway.. by the time
you get your certs issued and printed in your name and sent to you
it'll already been very close if not the end of June.. if the company
said the name change would be in September.. I'd be CALLING FOR CERTS
TOMORROW.. but it's only 5 weeks away... the certs will be called in
when the name change goes into effect.. the xfer agent will call
ALL certificates in from all brokerages.. and the short positions
WILL HAVE TO BE COVERED by that day... 1st week of July, as long
as the name change happens on the scheduled timeline we've been told,
should be a very interesting week for the MM's... the nice guy in
me hopes that they have covered their butts by then and bought back
the shares on the open market.. otherwise, they'll get killed..
and post any crap about there isn't any short position... this one
has NAKED SHORTING written ALL OVER IT..
