I agree.
But, then I don't think he could tighten.
When they bailed out the countries in the Far-East,
it used up a lot of liquidity.
If the market here tanked, he doesn't have a lot he can do
to stop it.

Also, what would happen if he raised rates here ??
Money from the Far-East would leave there and come here in
a flight to quality.
Can't have that now, can we ??
