Hi tgs-I am really getting a "kick" out of those people over at the Yahoo! board,having "written" Agti off,dead,gone,history.We all know the risks here they are enormous,and the company will not survive without the financing,got it.I happen to like the underdog thats just me.I have been on my death bed.No kidding,No Bull.This is what makes the whole thing worth all the effort.These guys are in it full out 100% no kidding because all our lives depend on it and we can count on them 100%,(I would not say that about the other company I posted about earlier).Will this be a once in a lifetime stock like Tim Luke talks about Pkgp,that would be nice but I would actually settle for the company making money,hiring people etc,that would be very auspicious in my view.It is clear equity financing is out for the most part,expect to see something that is a win -win for the Merchant Bank and for shareholders..What that is I will not speculate.I will say this dont count Agti out not yet.No hype,No cheerleading,no rah,rah.Just my opinion.I will state again I feel Tom,Neil,and Bob (Nieman,Jenkins,Hunziker) are our companies greatest assets.Without question the road is very bumpy ahead,but in the end their collective experience will get this done. tO: TGS AND HIS SUPPORTERS---- TIME TO UNMASK GUYS AND GET ALL THE FACTS ON THE TABLE AND NOT JUST THE ONES DETRIMENTALTO AGT (OR STUA AND NRAG). Several weeks ago I did indeed speak with MR.CONRAD GRANITO-- Pres. GMTC. I must say he deserves a great deal of credit for reviewing to a small extent things that IMO are and will continue to be very detrimental to GMTC. I did this privately and in the interest of fair play. My motives ( which I am sure you cant comprehend) WERE not to bury GMTC but rather to alert them to the damage you may be doing to them. I may it abundantly clear that since no one company will ever get 1oo% of the business I do not see the necessity to play a game of Dr. Jekell and MR. Hyde. Further I suggested that he review your postings and MINE.so he could make his own determination as to whether or not to my observations. Apaarantly he talked to you regarding my call, as you indicated in your private message to me a while back. I have absolutely no knowledge of what was said, but I presume Mr.GRANITO must have offered some thoughts such that you suggested in the aforementioned private message that we should establish a dialog via PRIVATE messages. Thanks but NO THANKS. I see no reason not to put everything on the top of the table and let the chips fall where they may. Berfore you spend all your time looking at SEC documents and citing CERTAIN FACTS re various competitors you should be prepared to go thru the GMTC S-1-- Amendment four filing dated 11/24/. There are a great number of potentially damaging ponts (IMO) that could lead to some serious consequences (IMO) One of the first ones that merit attention and discussion are you and Shaq's comments relative to the lack of merit to the class action-- in effect don't worry about it -- buy the stock etc. Why did you not enlighten everyone what the basis for the alegations is and on what basis you (and others) so conveniently pushed them aside. More importantly even is WHY DID YOU DO THIS???? Please take note of the fact that I have discussed the basis of the allegtions with more than one attorney and I also factored in my own ( not legal) extensive experience on wall st.( IN all facets of the business from Analysis thru financing thru IPO's, prospectuses, etc. I mention this PART of my backround so that you have some idea where I'm coming from regarding this situation. I do not represent myself as anything other that a person who may have been there before and DONE THAT. I also realize that I am taking a great risk by challenging one whose credentials are awe inspiring and who has the unique abillity to change hats IN SUCH A MASTERFUL WAY THAT ONLY A FEW people can tell "WHAT'S UP RE FACT OR FICTION". IT IS TRUE MANY OF YOUR COMMENTS ARE INDEED FACTUAL BUT IN ALL HONESTY THERE ARE MANY TO MANY COMMENTS THAT ARE NOT. WE ARE BOTH AT RISK BASED ON WHAT HAS HAS TRANSPIRED TO THIS POINT IN TIME (IN THE FUTURE ALSO) BUT I DO FEEL ITS A RISK WE SHOULD TAKE. pLEASE INDICATE WHETHER YOU WILL RESPOND RE THE SECURITIES VIOLATIONS CLASS ACTION SUIT, SO THAT CONCERNED OR INTERSTED PARTIES ARE GIVEN A FAIR CHANCE TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION BASED ON FACTS AND QUALIED THIRD PARTY ADVICE. THUS THEY CAN EVALUATE YOUR POSITION AND MINE( AS PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS) AND MAKE DECISONS THAT ARE TO THEIR BEST INTEREST AND NOT YOURS OR MINE. MORE ON OTHER TOPICS LATER--- ESPECIALLY CLEARING UP MY CONFUSION ON SERVICE, MANTENANCE, DESIGN. ETC REGARDS P.S. When are you going to admit you initiated law suits against four charities in TEXAS. It seems Shaq also finds convenient reasons to duck the issue. I know for a fact that this the case and I also what the counter suit is based on. are you going to ignore this to the point where I or some else has to publish facts that you know are true???? Bbetter yet make belive your analyzing a agt or stua or nrag document because it's to their best interest. certainly you you should double your efforts to help out the gmtc folks don't you think Some misspellings stil included no time for that now.
