WorldCom (especially Ebbers' #2 - Sidgmore) won't ever willingly give up UUNet. MCI's Internet business is not as strong in the market. However, there are probably a LOT of players who will want the assets and I suspect it will sell for at least the $500M that was quoted at the high end, probably more. There's a lot of money available to buy assets like this.
