Lou, I need some help with the math. When the 300 million deal was announced, it implied (using the relative values of ATLPA and QNTM) a stock swap of 1.25 qntm shares for each share of atlpa.

What happens if qntm goes on a ride up to $34 ? Does that same 1.25 share valuation still exist, or, would it be pared back to something less than one share?

A few years back I was was an Intuit shareholder when Microsoft made a pitch for the company. Intuit's shares rocketed, and then more or less tracked Microsoft's shares.
