On the positive side :this stock is up 40% from its low of..10.Getting it out of the teens could change the thread' s demeanor as when it ran into the upper20s earlier this year. Cautiously optimistic,Wayne

To whom ever: As, I read back thur the post of the last month or so, I get a clear picture of promises being made, and not kept...and as I think back several months and reflect on the post there,and while reading, again I get the same picture..and as my thoughts trail back 6, 9, 12, 18 months, I get the same picture, same song, same verse and same music. So, my question, is .......What is the purpose of this thread....If, we can do something for the benefit of our company, then lets do it. If, on the other hand, If, things are too far out of our control lets ask for help. But for goodness sake, lets do something. This one sided laugh party has gone on too long. I have seen in the past where the mere suggestion of a law suit, would shake up the questioning party and scare them into submission of quiteness. LET IT NOT BE SO THIS TIME......ONE WAY OR THE OTHER WE MUST FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH "OUR COMPANY"......Or let them have it all. Dan, Let's look at Exten. I was hired for 6 months to help with promoting the stock - 50› to $3.00. They had a liver machine that saved 13 people's lives that year. So why does this make you unhappy with me? Or am I getting flack because of Dan Winters? AT+D - I was involved for 18 days, I smelled a rat and resigned. I called all the people I had introduced to the stock and told them to get out. Then I lost money on the deal. Now let's talk about Maesa. As you are well aware, I shoveled tons of money into that deal. At the current time I am still not an officer or a director. However, I called on you to see if you could help with two situations that would have been helpful to Maesa. You told me it was over your ability, which I appreciated. I hear or read all of your slams, but say what you will, I am still here trying to save the situation for us shareholders. As far as being truthful - I always have been. You ask a question and I will give you the answer as I know it. All of the crap that now takes place on the OTC Bulletin Board makes the Vancouver stock market look like a virgin. Once again, I have never knowingly lied to you or anyone else - and I think you know that. Also keep in mind that I do not tell you everything I have been involved with. So, Danny, as I have said before, if you want to help then stop trying to hurt. Joe L.
