DD on Astris is slim

See a summary in post #20. You can also try this link:

mrktvision.com

It's a little old, but not too bad

These are general fuel cell links that mention alkaline fuel cells:

dodfuelcell.com

hamilton-standard.com

techpart.sandia.gov

fuelcells.org

Poke around in each, they are pretty deep. There does seem to be a market for alkaline fuel cells, but there are MANY types under development.

I'm pinning my hopes on the consultant who has the kid's jeep running around now. Because alkaline fuel cells have a higher power density, they can be made smaller. I've seen pictures of other fuel cell vehicles, and was shocked by the size of the fuel cell and the hydrogen storage tanks. One was a small pickup truck and the whole bed was taken up! If ASRF has the technology to fit into a kid's jeep, then it may be the only one that can be made to fit into a small car. If it can, it will raise some eyebrows of those people working on a fuel cell or hybrid/electric car. Good luck!
