To Glenn ..... some presumptuous advice. In an earlier post someone asked me to evaluate the PNLK site due to my background in International Banking. I declined to do that but gave some quick and sketchy insight as to the workings of international import/export workings. Before I tell you what I feel, it is necessary for me to have some credibility. I am British and previously worked in the International Division of a major American bank. I have worked in every area of operations, had assignments in Egypt and Australia, and travelled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Asia,(and parts or the America's and Africa), mostly installing fx and money systems .... I've done more ... but hope thats enough. Now my advice. It is absolutely essential that you provide a telephone contact for this concept to work. It needs to be manned by people who are well versed in documentary credit and who have good contact with the banks lined up for support and financing. The banks that you have talked to need to be major banks with good affiliates. I realise this is chicken and egg time, but there's a big step between concept and working model. At this time you absolutely need a telephone contact. Otherwise I really believe you will fail - something I would hate to see as I think the main problem is that you are just a little ahead of your time with the concept. For international subscribers, the telephone contact point should be the affiliated bank. This also means that you need to deal directly with the banks involved in terms of dynamic contact. I could go on, but you will either realise the validity of what I am saying or you will not. Good luck in either event. And good luck to us investors !! Stephen
