TC: I agree with you on the one point.
I know of no reason why certificated shares cannot be sold in a private transaction. (provided everything is legit concerning the ownership, where the money is coming from, i.e. illegally derived)
A normal straightforward transaction between two parties can be executed.
The second issue you raise, I do have a problem with.
Jeff is a nice guy, as so are the others who wish to sell for whatever reason.
That is their right, it comes with ownership.
However, what person should realistically expect to receive any more than the last traded price.
Which was ten cents. (I believe that is true)
The argument you all raise about short squeezes and comeon guys, "if you really believe".. is really a silly one.
No matter what the ultimate outcome of this is, the fact remains..The last traded price was 10 cents.
Only a fool would pay more (presently).
I will consider buying the 17,000 shares from Jeff today (at his 1.25 price), if you will buy all of the bonds that I "own" for 12.5 times the last traded price.

Remember, I am a nice guy too.
Just ask anyone. (LOL).
