Just for more conversation..

I think we could agree that the best solution for the company is to get the stock above 1.00 and keep it there. If we just get to a 1.00 we still have the threat of a reverse split

In my post to Jonathan I did not mean to imply that the NASDAQ was lax in regulating the small caps and /or delisting of companies that did not have a bon-a -fide plan or were not showing any progress towards accomplishing it. I meant that it is my belief that NASDAQ will work with a company as long as they feel there is a good chance for a company to meet the requirements to remain listed.

A 3 for 1 reverse split would undoubtedly be the next move to avoid delisting.

Since there hasn't been any recent news other than "Natures Way" letter of intent I would expect that the next news we can get will be that there is an agreement between between the two companies and that they will be using the BioFit certification on the packaging.
