Robert,

Thanks for taking the time to answer those questions I asked.

Between your information and the link knight gave me to explain
floorless financing, I hope IPM can secure the money in such a way
that the current shareholder don't end up with near worthless shares.

It would be wrong for IPM to bring the company to success if the
current shareholders cannot share in the rewards. I would rather
IPM management take another route, and pass up any quick money, and
make us wait in limbo a while longer.

Makes me want to ask two simple obvious questions.

1. The people currently in charge of IPM, are they aware of
how the current shareholders can "loose" thru things like
floorless, etc. financing. Are they knowlegable in mining
but naive in the world of financing.

2. The people currently in charge of IPM, if they knew that
accepting financing would guarantee that the company would
produce precious metals at a profit, but also lessen the
value of shares to current shareholders, would they do this.
And, if so, could the current shareholders prevent this type
of financing.
