Let me see if I understand these warrants. If the stock doesn't go above 4.725, one wouldn't exercise them unless one had faith the stock was headed higher. If it does go up, the warrants when exercised may exert some downward pressure if and when any are sold. They are not worthless, but, there is some (maybe considerable risk in that the price may not go above 4.725). Why would Scantek accept these in lieu of cash payment? Because if they persisted in the licensing agreement as written it would force hmsc into chap 11 or to seek expensive financing elsewhere?? Am I close, appreciate your comments. Doesn't look good.
