The last well publicized case of insider trading involved a leak of news from a broker to his father who told his dentist. They both loaded up on undervalued shares that had news coming out shortly. I would think that the last thing someone involved in insider trading would want to do, is to broadcast information over a stock message board to people he doesn't know, esp. detailed information and projections. This would cause the price of the stock to go up and they would lose the inside advantage.

There has been the innuendo of insider trading on this thread for a long time. Unfortunately, until the stock lists with one of the major trading boards there will always be doubts about the source of some of the information. In comparison with what is seen on the rest of SI the information about this stock coming from the shareholders seems too good. The problem is that a lot of people don't recognize the results of real research when they see it. Most people, including myself, have neither the time or the skill to do it properly. If the same information came from a major brokerage house it would not be called insider information.

Just tired of the reccurring question of insider trading. I said my piece. Time to go to work. Everyone have a good day.

Use this "quiet" time to BUY more DGIV (if you can, of course)-the Best time to buy a stock is BEFORE news, not AFTER news are out!
