If the projected revenues are correct and the merger with Chrysler increases the revenues this stock is still undervalued IMHO.

Here is one if all is true I can kick myself in the rear for not buying more, PLFM.

Subject: Late Breaking News from Howard!
Date: Tue, May 19, 1998 14:38 EDT
From: SOWL

Greetings everyone. I finally reached Howard late last night--working at the office--and
had a very lengthytalk with him about many of my concerns that I and others here have
expressed over the last two weeks. The following is the substance of our talk (I'm sure I
forgot some and will post more if I remember--it was almost 2:00a.m. eastern time)!

1. Although there will be no news release until May 27th, PLFM web page is being
updated with test information, videos and more. Although lawyers are checking info to
make sure no intellectual property info is released inadvertently, Howard believes the
new info will be available within the next two days!

2. Guatamala--Guatamala is still in the works (not on hold or disgarded as many of us
believed). "It has just taken a backseat to Brazil as the little brother," according to
Howard.

3. I asked Howard if there was a chance that Brazil was not going to happen. He said
no way but would not go into detail about negotiations (understandably) and added,
"Do you think we would be building an office right now in Brazil if this wasn't going to
happen!" "Do you think we would be working twenty hours a day, etc. etc. if Brazil deal
wasn't going through?" (It seems that Howard has been working so muc that he has also
been getting sick
and sounded quite exhausted.) I told him that he needs to get a vacation after things
quiet down, but he said that with all the interest and things going on he doubted he
would ever get a vacation.

4. I then asked Howard how PLFM was going to pay for the construction and setup of
the systems and whether they would receive a lump sum from the Brazil deal for startup.
He again said he couldn't discuss the Brazil deal but that PLFM had recently completed
arrangements with a large bank for debt financing for the startup at very good terms (I
think ADCT helped) and that the bank would be supplying a CFO to PLFM to assist in
managing the revenues
and financing. (He didn't tell me the name of the bank) To me this is further great news
of how close this project is to coming together if a major bank is willing to finance and
supply managment. It also indicates and Howard verified that PLFM will not be issuing
more stock or any new class of stock to finance the project!

5. My interest is in Space Division so I asked what was going on and he replied that
they are not talking about Space Division now only because they want people to focus
on ARC System, but he said that the Space Division is making great progress and two
of the four contracts necessary have been signed. (Again he couldn't tell me with what
corporationsbut he assured me that this news will be released after the Brazil deal is
settled.)

6. Howard also talked at length about the ARC System specs. but I have to admit most
of it was over my head. When you start talking about bands and frequencies and
redundancies, etc. I am lost. The bottom line is that the test (excuse me--the
demonstration: I made the mistake of mentioning test to Howard and he corrected me
that it was not a "test", it was a "demonstration". He said everything had been fully tested
prior to demonstration.) went
even better than expected and that the system far exceeded even the engineering
specifications. In fact, they made some interesting discoveries when testing over San
Diego, that they could handle all of San Diego by overlaying their system grid over the
existing grid at a fraction of the cost and could immediately expand that system by
800,000 calls without any infrastructure costs (towers, etc.) by just turning one switch!
The ramifications of
this are astronomical! It means that with no modification to PLFM's system, PLFM can
now go to any city and immediately begin operations, allowing those cities to expand
their cell service without the multi-million dollar costs traditionally needed. Howard even
mentioned plans for Europe and Japan.

NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS...

7. PLFM and ADCT are now targeting the United States. Howard would not tell me
where but he was very excited and thought the publicity would be a great benefit to
PLFM.

8. Although the ARC System in its full array will not be ready for six months, given their
recent negotiations here and in Brazil, PLFM and ADCT plan on having a working
system to deploy within 60 days!

I am sure I have forgotten much but there are the main points of our conversation.

Good luck everyone and get ready for the next ride!
