Good Morning to All,

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Complete Business Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:CBSL ), a worldwide
information technology (IT) consultant and service provider to large and medium-sized organizations, today reported that it has
begun 21 new IT service projects over the past four weeks. "We"ve seen no slowdown in our business flow," said Raj
Vattikuti, president and chief executive officer. "These new contracts represent more than $20 million in future revenues. Three
of the projects will be fulfilled offshore, utilizing our cost advantage there, and the other eighteen will be handled domestically in
our U.S. development centers or on-site at customer locations. This flexibility is one of our competitive advantages.
Furthermore, U.S. government sanctions imposed on May 14 related to the antinuclear proliferation law have not impacted
CBSL operations in India or in the U.S.

"The projects span a wide variety of our services," continued Vattikuti. "The three offshore projects are for applications
maintenance support. The domestic projects include Year 2000 solutions, ERP implementation, IT consulting assignments,
Intranet, client/server development and mainframe applications development. The new projects come from clients representing
many industries and sectors: the public sector, banking, healthcare, retail and distribution, utilities, telecom, manufacturing and
insurance industries."

At Claremont Technology Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:CLMT ), with which CBSL announced a merger in April, an additional twelve
new projects have been closed over the past four weeks, the majority in IT consulting. "Our clients continue to be well
distributed across various industries, including manufacturing, public sector, financial, healthcare, telecom and insurance," said
Karen Fast, Senior VP of U.S. Operations for Claremont. "We just completed the first two of four workshops planned for our
sales personnel on cross selling with CBSL"s services. Our clients are excited about the opportunities we have to add to our
service offerings and extend our resources going forward."
