...and my favorite statement from the press release:

"CheckFree currently processes more than 50 percent of its payment transactions electronically. The new joint venture infrastructure will enable that percentage to climb as high as 85 percent, given the combined resources of the two organizations."

Benny...that makes for really great news. This price structure 21-28 won't last for this stock. Look at this...if we are not the sickest, we should get the 1st runner up. Won't Last...Can't Last.

Just to get an idea on how fast and how high a good stock's price can go: DELL was below $3 in 1996 on the presplit basis and now it's what -$95.
