For anyone wanting to listen to the CC, I just got through on the replay - only waited 1 minute, so it must be up and running again.

Another point that was made yesterday was JTO's statement that the 1st quarter would be the low point for the year and that earnings for 98 will be higher than 97 even with the decrease in 1st Q. EPS year over year.

Mark: To me, one of the key things for me in these conference calls is my gut reaction to the responses as a whole as opposed to exactly what was said. From this perspective, I completely agree with your comment, "There was a huge difference in listening to him vs: listening to Wilson, no comparison."

I came away from the February conference call with a sick, sinking feeling in my belly that Wilson did not have a good handle on what was happening or why or what to do about it. Conversely, I came away from yesterday's call with quite a bit of optimism that the man in charge has some real management skills. I sensed that Mr. Hilliou has a lot of confidence in his own ability to put together a well-organized, efficient operation and to profitably expand this company. I am really looking forward to seeing the results of his efforts.
