AOL has been one of the most shorted stocks in history. did not those shorters realize that AOL was not going down??? that arguement is not a good one. With a price move down 5% on almost no volume- doesn't that seem suspicious to you? anyway, as for the 7 or 8 trading day issue. who knows and its does not matter. what is 6.5 hours amongst friends. i was using 8 days (including today) as Chin said within 2 weeks from end of day this past friday. i know it gets tiring to hear the same rig and roll about MM games...but they are real and we do have less than 8 days left to wait dwlima

Mark, we are basing the time frame given the 2 week approximate filing date could be SOONER though based on the two weeks that would put the date of the filing no later than next friday and with monday being a holiday that leaves 3 days next week not counting friday or monday and 2 days this week thus 5 DAYS left. I can WAIT and vol of 53K is 26.5K actual and they tank us...that is a BUNCH of MM's HOOIEY OH the PAIN the PAIN of it all.
