Mike, it is amazing to see that this hasn't hit the US jobs yet.

The U.S. trade gap expanded 7% in March, led by a widening deficit with Pacific Rim countries. Although economists have been expecting Asia's economic upheaval to widen the trade gap in coming months, the deficit exceeded expectations.

Which comes first: heavy job losses or a severe market decline. I think the latter.

BTW, when people lose jobs en-masse, they would rather have their money in MMFs rather than MFs. I think very soon the virtuous circle of more money in-flows - higher stock prices - more and more money in-flows will soon become a vicious circle of outflows.

For my job sake, I hope not. But looks like we are headed that way.
