Oh, I'll explain for Reggie. See, there's this constant tension in the U.S. between the naive and idealistic "one person one vote" and the more acceptable "one dollar one vote". Reggie thinks we haven't tilted enough to the latter yet. Most of Bill's backers agree, of course.

I think it is because you seem to have a problem wiht the word majority. If I owned more than 50% of the economic wealth, than I would be the majority in economci terms, wouldn't I?
