I am going to take what I can get sometime in the next few months, but not today. Competition is getting tougher and tougher in the game industry - there really are alot of quality games out there chasing too few dollars. I think it is crazy to delay Falcon 4.0 until the Christmas season - if it was release in summer or early fall it would have more of a chance. Does anyone want to guess at the fair price for MPRS would be if bought out? 10 bucks? 12 bucks? 8 bucks? I wonder what the chances of Team 17 or Kalisto choosing MPRS to publish another one of their games - unless they already have signed, I would think they would go with a stronger publisher in the future. That would leave MPRS with just their internally developed games. And how come we have not seen numbers on how many copes of Worms 2 and other games have been sold so far? Will FASA continue with MPRS in the future after Mech Commander and Mech 3 are out? They dumped ATVI for MPRS, I don't see them being loyal if it is going to take MPRS forever future versions of their games out. Is Mech Commander and Mutiplayer Civ 2 really going to ship this quarter - I don't think they would have said it if it weren't true, however, they will have to go "gold" farily soon if this is the case. Bad timing on the release, UNREAL just went gold and will be out two weeks earlier. Starcraft was released a while back. How many games can people buy in one year? Should I even entertain the idea that some of the revenues from the 100,000 copies of M1 Tank Platoon and Ultim@te Race Pro were no recognized until this quarter? That is probably Fantasy. By the way, I noticed at OGR a few weeks ago, that Civ 2 will be included in a "bargain CD 10 Pack", put out by someone, I forget who - however, it will not be available in US or Japan. I assume they would not have done that if they were not releasing Ultimate Civ 2 soon. Also, MPRS sold the rights to Railroad Barrons 2 to G.O.D. recently. Desperate? Any thoughts as to whether it is time to bail, or should we "trust" that this is the worst, and things will get better from here. John.
