NVAL DON'T PURR Dave Baker: Good try, but nope: A stock becomes a PGDCEB when it GAPS 30% or thereabouts or more, not falls intraday. As I've learned from near-misses like APM, it's the gap itself that does the trick, not just the implied plummet.
