Hey Benny,

I was perusing your on-line discussion with Mr. Bucci regarding his patent on Electronic Bill Presentation. I've seen Mr. Bucci post from time to time on other CKFR-related discussion boards making the same assertion.

Did he ever explain to your satisfaction his contention over the intellectual property? The question in my mind is, how could CKFR have been issued an E-bill patent if it infringed on Mr. Bucci's existing patent? (one answer is that Mr. Bucci is right, and such a patent would infringe, and has never been actually granted to CKFR ...)

Mr. Bucci, if you follow this thread but are not an SI member, I'd like to hear your side of the story. Feel free to e-mail me, if you are so inclined. Just curious.

Andrew.
