QUESTION FOR GLENN/ZAGOREN-ZOZZORA Glenn, I've been wondering if PNLK has any kind of a hard-copy "user manual" that it'll be sending out to people who sign up for the 14-day trial membership. I don't think this would have to be a big, glossy piece in order to be effective; a pamphlet that introduced prospective members to the entire array of services and gave some basic tips for getting started should be sufficient. I have worked with a number of organizations and individuals as they have gone through the "adoption" process with new technologies, and I've often been struck at how tentative many people are when faced with technologies like the Internet. It's as though they think they're going to break something. I can imagine that some people would visit the ProNetLink site and fail to learn how robust it is because they are too shy to surf the site aggressively, try out its features, etc. Something offline to help guide these tentative folks through the "virtual" services might give them the reinforcement they need to explore the site fully, sign on as members, and use the impressive range of value-added resources you've assembled. Just my two cents' worth based on past experience introducing business users to computer technologies, including the Internet--.
