State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-K and 10-KSB, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q and 10-QSB, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof could not be filed within the prescribed period.
The Company has a limited number of staff and needs more time to complete the drafting and review of the Form 10-QSB.

In the quarter ended March 31, 1997, the Company recorded a net loss of approximately $2,200,000.
The loss for the corresponding period in 1998 was approximately $4,000,000. In both periods, the Company was in the development
stage and revenue was not significant.
The increase in the loss in the first quarter from 1997 to 1998 was due principally to an increase in the number of employees and to increases in all operating activities in 1998. In the first quarter of 1998, the Company was gearing up for the release of new products, and accordingly, made significant expenditures.
