Let's say an investor had 200 shares of SCOP at the merger. How many shares of SEBL would they now have? Seems confusing with SEBL split awhile back, etc...

It takes strong leadership and commitment to make using a SFA system a job requirement BUT if a company can effectively manage this then I have no doubt that a SFA system will prove to be beneficial to the company's bottom line.

Not really. You still have to make sure the SFA implementation supports the sales strategy and the sales process, and works for the salesrep as well as sales managers. Too many implementations are geared towards producing reports for managers and executives, and not towards helping the salesrep close deals.
