ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- TeleServices
International Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TSIG), a fully
integrated provider of outsourced teleservices, today announced
that it has signed a five-year service Agreement with Recovery
Network (Nasdaq: RNET, RNETW) to provide all call-center
operations for the Company's new TeleCare(TM) helpline. Terms
of the Agreement call for TSIG to provide operator and
line-charge service at a 20-percent competitive-rate discount in
exchange for 200,000 shares of Recovery Network common
stock and 200,000 warrants to purchase common shares.

The Agreement was announced jointly today by William D.
Moses, president and chief executive officer of Recovery
Network, and Robert Gordon, chairman and chief executive
officer of TeleServices International Group Inc.

"We are pleased to partner with Recovery Network in their efforts
to help those in need," stated Mr. Gordon. "Our state-of-the-art
backbone architecture will provide the necessary 24-hour
availability and reliability required by such an important service."

"TeleCare is a natural extension of our current helpline," said Mr.
Moses. "We now fulfill the need to those who want to get
counseling in the privacy of their own home and we are providing
a cost-effective first step for viewers to enter traditional treatment
and recovery programs."

Currently, Recovery Network offers counseling services via radio,
television and over the Internet. Recovery Network Television and
Radio offers a toll-free helpline linking viewers and listeners in
crisis with local resources. The helpline is currently being operated
by NCADI, a Federal government agency. On the Internet,
Recovery Network hosts monthly chat rooms promoted by the
Yahoo search engine.

TSIG's call-center backbone includes a redundant Lucent
Technologies G3 switch, recently upgraded to an R6, which
allows as many as 24,000 stations, 4,000 trunks and 5,200
agents. The switch is fully integrated with a MAP Interactive Voice
Response System and a EIS Centenium Call Center System
complete with Cybernetics Workforce Management Software.
Data is shared between a client's master database and also a
client's dedicated website.

Overall, the system provides unlimited scripting, credit card
verification and fulfillment interface, customized
qualitative/quantitative reports, call detail reports and production
statistics by telephone agent.

TeleServices International Group Inc. is an independent provider
of fully integrated global teleservices to companies focused on
