Dave, can you make any sense out of the PEGA vs. VNTV relative valuations?

PEGA has the same indirect revenue concentration issues, 1/2 the sales reps, 1/2 the license revenues, targets specific verticals and has no Sales Force Automation or Field Service modules that I know of (which are the two most exciting growth areas).

You could make the argument that the margin structures are different but I don't think you can even know what PEGA's sustainable margins are given that the company can't guide Wall Street one quarter much less long-term.

Nevertheless, if you do market cap less cash, their valuations are equal. Any ideas??
