CatLady, another possible interpretation has been suggested for the assuming of the promissory note. It may be that Merced itself is not even the developer. That they in turn have bought a license with a promissory note that CSHK has now assumed through 11th Hour. That meaning fits, I am sure, the very capable and careful words of the CSHK Counsel approved PR release.

This would also fit the apparent inconsistency of the sloppy site designers at Waltech (as evidenced by their own site, and the earlier efforts on 11th Hour) being the principals of Merced and the fact that this software might require careful and sophisticated coding to work in a PC Windows environment.

If this is the case then, my goodness, even more questions are raised about just who the real developers are. And just what the license terms with them are, and a number of issues about default on the note, etc. What a bizarre connection of contracts this then might make for this software.

I wonder what we can exprect from the Telanis deal?

Well, so much for having it up today.

The excuse should be pretty good.
