Yes, they can pass you up. It is up to your broker to make the sell. You can not day trade or momentum trade and not watch real time the whole time you are in.

A great reason to stay away from bb's, the MM's are held to a much looser set of standards. I don't trade bb's, there are plenty of opportunities out there. I hope you get off the hook with it RW.
