Brad, I am reposting the note you posted to me yesterday for reference:

"That's fine James,
Thanx for the kick in the ass-JoeMed & the boys can be your future sources of info. I
am definitely out of here for good. 2 1/2 years of hard work down the frickin' drain.
Ken-same for you and the rest.
Brad-over and out. Sick of this petty b.s. Get some balls people and spend your own
damn money for a change. BTW, why is it I get 50=75 phone calls a day askin' for
help? Ummmm
Good-bye!

I have given your note some thought before responding but since I don't see any benefit in opening new wounds and because this note really didn't much bother me personally anyway, I am just going to let it drop for the most part. Brad it's your choice to offer your DD to whomever you want, you don't owe me anything, so no problem if you no longer wish to share. I appreciate the past info you have provided to me about DCI, as I continue to appreciate the help that Joe Medsker, many good people that post this BB and some others that don't post much but have helped me immeasurably in understanding my investment in DCI.

To ALL: I also know how the phone works, and do call the company and other sources in doing my own DD, so don't worry folks I won't be selling my shares if Brad (or anyone else) cuts me off. This is the issue I wanted to raise to anyone that might be reading this. Don't rely on any one source when trying to make a decision about investing in DCTC. This BB can be a source of info from time to time, but it's not consistent. As Brad pointed out, there are many sources of info available to investors interested in DCI, such as:

DCI Website: www.dcic.com
DCI's phone # 203-380-0910
DCI's toll free recorded hotline: 1-800-243-9855
DCI's newsletters, just sign the questbook on the DCI website.

I think it's a good idea for DCI investors to have many sources of information available to them just in case something should happen to one single source and besides this helps to fill in some of the missing pieces of the puzzle. To date, the more I have dug into and researched DCI, the better the company has looked as a whole and this is the type of reassurance that helps get me through any "bad days' with DCTC.

The other thing I wanted to bring up once more, is to question why there is an apparent division between certain groups of DCI investors as alluded to in Brad's post? Don't we all own the same stock and believe in the same company? How can one group "win" without the other? Seems rather silly to me and counterproductive. Anyone else agree/disagree?

Brad, I hope your vacation is enjoyable and that you come back refreshed.

James

Brad:

Ouch! I honestly had no idea that you were this upset. I know we have some differences, but it has never been my desire to see you "hang it up". I hope that you find some peace about this and come back, as you are a very valuable contributor.

I agree with James. We are all in this for the same reason, and as such we all win if DCI succeeds. The questions I have posed over the last few months were never intended to disparage DCI, Joe and any of our SI "family". Nor was it my intention to present a negative tone. My questions were never part of an agenda; I was always simply responding to information as it came to my attention.

It is my opinion that to have a constructive dialogue, we need to allow for the variety or perspectives and personalities that exist among investors. My professional training is as a scientist. Therefore, it comes very naturally to me to ask questions when I don't understand something. But that doesn't mean that I am undermining the veracity of our company. While it is likely true (as you suggested to me) that negative comments will scare some "lurkers" away, the opposite is also true. There are some "lurkers" who simply distrust a dialogue that only embraces the good news. My point is that I think the only way to conduct a dialogue in this format is to provide a wide berth for different perspectives, and not to attempt to control the discussion. My wide berth does not include personal attacks, though, and I have never engaged in such activities. In fact, I have been one of the most outspoken posters when such problems arose (i.e. GE's attacks on Joe Med, "yields" attacks on the Zwebners before we knew what was really happening.)

I hope that we can move on and have fruitful discussions.

PA

Brad and Everyone,

What a great NR yesterday. We all have been waiting for a " big one" to hit....and yesterday we got one. If the DD works out and Joe is able to close the Locus deal we will take a big step towards reaching our ultimate goal. I was sorry to see that some of that joy was lost later in the day with some of the posts to this thread.
I have always felt very fortunate to have the fine people here who are so willing to share their great wealth of information about DCI. One of those people is obviously you Brad. I have always appreciated your straight forward tell it like it is approach. IMO your finest piece of advice is perhaps your most basic........ " Call The Company ". You obviously do as you preach as I am sure this is how you get most of your info. I never take this as a knock or a brass knuckle tactic, just good solid advice. The people at DCI are very willing to answer all answerable questions. In my case this almost always verifies what has been reported on this thread.
You are a very positive person and this is reflected in your posts. I hope that you will continue to post in the same manner as you always have. If some don't like it......let that be their problem, not yours.
To anyone who has a problem with Brad's posts, I say..... so what !! Let the man post how he posts. Those of us who are smart enough to pay attention to them will be the ones to benefit.

C

PS........ Every now and then you have to throw one " high and tight".
